Thank you for your interest in partnering with LexCare Hearing. We are committed to providing lifetime hearing health support and breaking down the barriers that prevent people from accessing care. This questionnaire is designed to help us better understand your clinic's needs and how we can work together to create meaningful, lasting impact.
How We Can Help
LexCare Hearing was launched after nearly 15 years of serving people across the U.S. through our nonprofit, LexCare Hearing Foundation (formerly Songs for Sound). Our mission-driven approach has allowed us to:
Conduct free hearing screenings on our Hearoes Tour
Utilize hearing health profiles, data intake, and conversations with over 33,000 people
Identify barriers to care: lack of access, lack of awareness, difficulty navigating hearing health & insurance, affordability, and trust
After the COVID-19 pandemic, our funding took a major hit, leading our founder, Jaime Motes, to develop LexCare Hearing as an innovative solution that merges outreach, care team support, and action-based guidance to provide lifetime hearing health support.
Our Unique Approach & Patient Engagement
We focus on the 80%+ of individuals who are not actively seeking care due to the barriers we've identified. Our approach includes:
Outreach & Education: Raising awareness and providing screening events
Care Team Support: Guiding patients through the decision-making process
Action-Based Navigation: Ensuring lifetime support beyond just the initial visit
Partnership Benefits
Gain access to a pre-qualified pool of potential patients
Be part of an alternative referral system based on personalized care, not just advertising
Receive "ready-to-act" educated and empowered patients
Greatly reduce clinic time, lifetime patients
Benefit from our data-driven approach to patient conversion
Receive ongoing insights into patient barriers and solutions
Give back: A portion of all LexCare Hearing revenue supports humanitarian efforts through the LexCare Hearing Foundation (link to programs)
We greatly reduce clinic time by ensuring patients are ready to act, providing a full profile for review prior to the appointment—going "beyond the test" to build lifelong relationships.
Patient Referral Insights
Our results show:
50% of Level 3 patients (moderate hearing loss) need additional guidance after hearing screenings, while 50% take action independently.
90% of Level 4 patients (severe hearing loss) require a care team guide to navigate the process.
The more severe the hearing loss, the greater the barriers to care.
